APPOINTMENT POLICY

In order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our valued  patients, effective November 1st, 2023, the Careteam at Germantown Veterinary Clinic will request a deposit of $75 when scheduling an appointment for new clients, $50 for current clients, and a $200 surgery deposit in an ongoing effort to reduce the number of no shows.  

Currently our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet!

When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time for your pet to spend with our dedicated team of doctors and staff.  Our goal is to be able to provide care to all, and minimizing no shows will help us offer appointments as they become available to those in need of urgent medical care.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the deposit charge as a cancellation fee. For surgical procedures, we require 3 business days advance notice.
